Apparently gotta watch that, as the most-sold kind has a decent amount of toxins.

I am taking a drop of lugols since yesterday.
Maybe a previous lack of iodine, but I was very apathetic a long time and the levothyroxine didn't help at all.
2000 IU of Vitamin D on a dailyyyy

I was taking lugols until I checked nutrition data for a bunch of food. I get enough milk for plenty of iodine.
>>35552020
..Fortunately, milk and a multi is plenty of D as well.

Tryptophan from food can't pass the barriers man. You might as well take sugar pills. Also, the increase in seratonin from supps is negligible.
Go to a doctor, get meds. They work, they're supported by tons of research.
Or do as I do, fill up on 750 mg test per week. Cured my depression.

>2000 IU
What a faggot, barely enough to maintain a beneficial blood level.
I'm taking 10,000 to 15,000 + vitamin K2 complex daily.

Yeah, it can.

Beyond being barely better than placebo, anti-depressants have a bunch of side effects. It's also worth stating that trying to balance chemicals that might not be there is probably less effective than just making more.

Also, just gonna inb4 with that tryptophan is an essential amino acid and literally only comes from food.
>>35552128
Well should have said K complex as it contains 1000mcg K1 but who cares about K1 if you eat nutritious
>>35552193
