Dude, animals are a shit load stronger than you would think. Unless you're Brian Shaw or Eric Lilliebridge there's no way you're strangling a lion.

I don't know how big of an animal I could take, I can deadlift 500lbs, squat almost 400lbs and Bench 300lbs but I don't think I'm unsure. Maybe if my body is pumped up with adrenaline it might be a different story, but NEVER underestimate a wild animal.
