Discuss husbando mode. Post pics of husbando ideals, routines, diet, aesthetics etc. Generally agreed on before was 13%-17% bodyfat, body built from barbell strength routine with accessories (Texas Method, MadCow, 5/3/1 BBB), hair is usually just slightly grown out although never long rather than shaved or buzzed evenly all over but this isn't a must have, facial hair is a must even if just some stubble, bodyhair should be grown out or trimmed but not shaved completely or waxed. Not necessarily gay but gaybros welcome. Twink, otter, bodybuilder modes are not husbando mode. No homo. Starting with Justin edition.
Should clarify gaybros unless they act like little bitches and cry over the meaning of husbando mode within a specific /fit/ context while calling the straight people itt breeders & acting like little faggot drama queens. Manly gaybros plenty welcome. /pol/tards will be spammed with pics of black, middle eastern husbandbros and the one Jew husbando mode dude can find a pic of.
I want to achieve Lascek mode one day lads.
Going to keep doing cleans and OHP until I get there.
Any powerlifters or people who started with SS/SL incorporated Oly lifts into their routine and how has it affected your physique?
Queens that have no personality and care only for their sexuality have no place in this world. LGBT+ generally, from the ones I've met, can be as good/bad as anyone else. Sexuality, for me, has no bearing on friendship.
Is there someway to encourage body hair growth?
I just want to be so huge that I feel uncomfortable at every moment
at least its not "the bear pout"
the same face, every. single. selfie.
It's such a great look and easy for your average straight dude to pull off ironically
Will this routine help me get my numbers up and achieve husbando mode? I prefer pulls to pushes, so if there are any routines where I can do way more pulls, please help.
160 lbs, steadily bulking
FS 185 x 3 [Recovering from injury, be kind]
Bench: 170 x 3
OHP: 120 x 3
Power Clean: 165 x 3
Clean: 165 x 1
Power Jerk: 165 x 1
Weighted pullup: bodyweight + 35 lbs x 6
5x3 Front Squat
3x12 Lateral Raises
3x12 Tricep Extensions
3x12 Leg extensions
5x3 Power Cleans
5x3 Weighted Pullups
5x3 BB Rows from the floor
3x12 Lat Pulldowns
I'd deadlift, but I prefer cleans, and doing deads twice a week seems stupid as hell.
>legit faggots sucking breeder cock and promoting heteronormative behaviour
How's that internalized homophobia treating you, hon?
I just seem to respond better to it. Currently, I am doing 6x3 for the sake of volume accumulation. I just tend to respond way better to it, esepcially for pushes. My pullsups are of course higher, but I just seem to find my groove on sets of 3. Not sure if it is fatigue, if it mind set or what.
>Nutrition is key
I actually read Paleo For Lifters by Lascek, and follow his general outline. Most of my diet is sweet potatoes, eggs, ground beef, an a fuck ton of salmon. I track macro and micros, and do fairly well at getting 200+g of protein per day, as well as staying lower on the carb end.
Testosterone. I've found that letting it grow, then shaving when it's intolerable/ugly is the best way to encourage growth. I used to shave every morning (I used to get very few hairs) but now I tend to leave it a week or two and then shave.
Bears do this all the time. As if to make them look all buff and masculine when all it's really doing is highlighting how much they crave a cock in their booty.
> that nipple hanging out
I-It needs my lips on it.
>making little queeny comments about faggots that don't fit his little box of acceptable hetero approved behaviour
>calls someone else insufferable faggot
wew, i can only imagine how much bullying you've endured in your miserable life, honey.
the OP is asking people to stick to the thread topic and not insult straight people for no reason.
this seems like a very reasonable request. stick to the topic, dont attack others
you equate this with an attack on your character? as "internal homophobia"? please drop the identity politiics bullshit and get over your victim complex. i realize you are desperate for attention but it's getting pretty tiresome.
and i've never been bullied in my life, because I do not go out of my way to call people with different opinions than myself "filthy heteronormative breeders". that might be why I have led a normal, well-adjusted life where you still cling to your sexuality as your sole identity and get triggered when asked to not be a rude faggot
Anon, I think you have a thing for hairy, muscley Arabs, don't you? Lel.
> that .webm
> those thighs
> that stomach and chest
> that facial hair
I just want to lift those thighs up with him laid there.

Yes, you've made it anon. However, I'd consider squatting more - got to make sure you have a big booty for all to admire (I'm not specifically referring to dudes here as big asses are very popular with women).
> finger in bellybutton
W-Why do I find this so cute? When he lays back as well, I feel compelled to stroke his face.
W-What's happening t-to me /fit/?
how long to build husbando mode body for average dude? 2 - 3 years from skinnyfat?
i think my legs are already pretty big, not sure growing it more would be needed.
Depends on dedication and what kind of height you're talking about.
It's easier to be husbando as a 1.7m dude, rather than a 1.85m one.
You're right. Your legs are undoubtedly impressive, it's just from this picture >>35550493, that your ass seems to be a little flat. However, that may well be down to the angle. Additionally, you know your body better than I do, a skelly, so as long as you're happy and comfortable with what you've got then I guess there's no need for improvement. You already look top notch.
> tfw 1.85m
>> tfw 1.85m
You'll make it anon.
Remember that building your body is a marathon, not a sprint.
It'll be easier if you're young and dedicated.
Depending how skinnyfat you are it could take longer. You can only gain about 10 pounds of muscle a year, and if you also need to cut fat then you will gain even less. It took me 2 years just to change my body composition from inactive skinnyfat to ottermode, no overall mass change. Now it will be another 3 years to gain mass to husband mode. /fit/ often forgets how much skinny fat slows down the progress because most guys on here start out as skinny and can go straight to mass building. However, it is still worth it to start the long journey regardless of how bad your skinnyfat is.
I'm 21 and will graduate this year from my law degree. I want to spend a year working on my body and working part-time, or full-time (only the latter if it's not so demanding). I want to work on intelligence gains in other areas that interest me too. Otherwise, if I launch myself straight into a competitive and challenging career, I'll never make the body gains that I want to and I'll forever regret it.
I just wish I had a /fit/bro to help me out. I'll just have to rely on all you inspirational /fit/izens.
Yeah, I know, and I don't have the hair to be husbando mode anyway. In the long-term, I just want to be healthy and fit, and a nice body will hopefully accompany that. Given the assignments I'm doing now and the ones coming up, I seriously have very little time to spare. I also have no money to spend on gym membership. I'd like to devote full attention to it and that'll hopefully happen post-graduation, plus it'd mean that I can sustain interest rather than abandon it with any lame excuses.
If you have the means/time to regularly visit a gym, do it.
If you don't, get into calisthenics or look into buying some second hand gear for home workouts.
You might feel like shit the first few workouts, but in time you won't feel right if you miss a workout.
Fitness becomes a part of your daily life, just like brushing your teeth or washing your hair.
Don't think of it in a way "i HAVE to spend X amount of time into this, to get Y result. If i don't, i'm a piece of shit".
I think that's a very counterproductive way of thinking.
I don't really know your life, but i think people are overestimating the time that you need to devote into making your body healthier/more attractive.
>Don't think of it in a way "i HAVE to spend X amount of time into this, to get Y result. If i don't, i'm a piece of shit".
This is my exact thought process, and it sucks. How do you approach fitness and discipline in your everyday life, so you don't get so easily tempted to stay home or eat bad food?
> If you have the means/time
I don't. I have got some dumbbells, but I can only do about 12 bicep curls for about 7.5kg. Bearing in mind I'm a complete skelly, it's progress for me as I used to just do 4kg. After some workouts, I feel dead, usually with my arms. What frustrates me is the lack of space to do pushups, and that I can't plank for very long at all. I do like hip thrusts and leg raises though.
I started out with just 40 minutes a day, as soon as I got up, and noticed some improvements after about three weeks but then had to cut it short before winter because of assignments.
Body needs to be maintained or else the muscles will fade. Even if you take some time off and do it, you'll just loose the gains again when you go back to normal habits.
Even a 40 min day habit will make a difference from skelly mode. I recommend trying out to see if you can fit it back into your schedule and try your best to maintain it. If you're 21 you're doing what, bachelor level? It's hard to imagine you not having 40 minutes a day to do some boydwork. A lot of people work out on top of full time jobs and full time studies.
Yeah, I'm aware, and that's what frustrates me. Which is why I want to take a year out to focus on my body and make it a habit, rather than constantly fluctuating. I'm doing an LLB, and I think I'll start at the beginning of February because I've got an assignment due on the 18th Jan, and another at the start of February. Procrastination is my enemy at the moment.
Given everything I see and read on /fit/ about SS, it's not very encouraging, but that doesn't mean I interpret it all as factual.
You could do that fooling around with dumbbells too. I'm not trying to be and asshole, I'm saying you need to think smart about this. I do some exercises while I work if I feel I get distracted from work. The blood gets flowing again and it's easier to sit down and work more. Just an advice.
Miren legs and entire body breh
Going for this kind of mode with maybe higher BF %. I'd say 20 or 30 more pounds and I'll be close
I know, and I know it's for my own good. But honestly (and I'm not doubting your knowledge or experience here) but would even, say for example, a 5-minute distraction in curling dumbbells even have any positive impact on me? The fact that I'm a skelly mean it's more likely that it would?
Definitely made Husbando Mode. Better start a YouTube channel.
Yes it would, especially if you're skelly. Noob gains are easy to get, and some simple push ups (50 or until exhaustion) when you wake up will give you more of chest within a few weeks. Combine it with the dumbbells and you will at least get a bit more muscle. From normie standard it will show, and it's better for you to exercise a bit than to be a potato, even if you can't go all the way yet.
GG1 is the only one of those who has remotely slightly higher bf. And hes too tall.
I'm gonna go for this husbando mode. What I just need to add more core work and compound lifts? I already do heavy squats and deads of course.
GG1 was cut as fuck in one of the vids I saw on his channel and insta.
He does a shit ton of everything. Mostly deads and squats, pullups and just eats a ton. Honestly, I do core work, but I am entirely unsure how much it contributes to physique over function to the dead and squat.
I guess I'll start doing that then, thanks a lot anon, but 50 push ups? I can hardly do 10. Maybe my form is wrong, but it's probably the lack of open space that it makes it difficult to do it properly.
He looks meaty and ripped in the same time.

Bare in mind I swim and do Judo 2x a week. Bit concerned whether this is too much volume. Want to be stronk but look good as well.
wew, i've
fapped
to this picture like a few weeks ago.
I'm somewhere north or south of 180cm, I haven't actually measured in a while.
In that pic I was around 172lbs I think and I'm trying to get 185+ before summer starts. Routine was SL5x5 for about a year before I stalled on all the lifts then I switched over to Candito's 6 week program for a few cycles. Right now I'm doing a modified version of SL that increases sets and reps from 3x3 to 5x8. My legs respond better to squatting 3 times a week versus just twice. Hoping on GOMAD as soon as my rep scheme reaches 5x5
Ι've been on SL5x5 for the past 7 months.
Looking into Madcow rn desu.
Also, should probably look into buying shit for a homegym, yours looks extra comfy.
You're body (and boyfriendo) goals breh.
>doing GOMAD for 5 months
>gained 1.5 lbs.
wtf are you eating? A grape a day with a couple of cups of air?
Every single human skeleton I've ever seen will always say how they eat oh so much but it's just impossible to gain any weight or mass.
BS... you're just not cramming enough food down your throat. It's the exact flip side of the fat girls who claim they eat healthy all the time and just "can't lose weight" while they are sipping on a 3,000 cal coffee drink the size of a mini-beer keg.
No I have enlarged liver, so I get the runs every two days when I bulk. GOMAD has helped but I fucked it up by eating too much solids from time to time and lost the weight again.
