Ever go on a 3 month break nofap? Worth it?

I've never tried nofap but I'm considering it just to see if there is a positive change at all. I'm horny enough already and the thought of not releasing that pressure seems not kosher.
Anything is considered healthy unless you feel it gets in the way of something.
Fapping more makes you fap more. Fapping less makes you fap less. Fapping more does NOT "wear you out" (except in the short term), but fapping less is a lil wonky which is why many people have trouble reducing their fap rate. If you feel you fap too much, reduce to once a day for a short while and see where you want to go from there. If you feel you don't fap enough, fap more; your sex drive will catch up.
I use a nice silicone lube because I like the feeling and it doesn't get sticky or stain like water lube does. I'm not sure why people say water is better, cuz it's actually p gross - there's a harsh chemical taste even with the sweetness of the glycerin.
Taking a nofap break is actually about breaking porn addiction, but it does increase your volume and sensitivity after a week or so of not shooting. So if you're like me and find huge loads to be sexy, go ahead and delay it for a bit and see if you can get it in your hair ;)

I am trying AAKG for the first time so honestly I do not really know what to expect. Arginine is amino acid connected somehowa with metabolism and transporting of nitrogen and nitric oxide. I am positive about it becasue it's cheap and you don't have to take it constantly, so yes I would recommend trying it.
