My dad had a stroke. He cannot walk on his own or talk very much and my mom takes care of him. (Along with my brother and I.) She puts up with his yelling and screaming too. Yeah. My uncle had one a year later. (Not blood related but still.) He's probably worse off than my dad. My dad smoked and was skinnyfat. He ate lots of cholesterol. We didn't think it was bad because he was not fat. My uncle was pretty overweight and ate terribly. Both had stressful lives but with no exercise. My advice is to make sure you do cardio. It will help. Before my dad's stroke I didn't want to do cardio. I also started meditating because I get tense like he used to get.
