you do realize cheat curls have been a staple of bodybuilding since the days of arnold, and are a legitimate lift, right?
cheat curls are arguably better for bodybuilding than strict curls.
that picture is garbage, and full squats are the only real squat (You can full squat huge amounts of weight, you don't need to half squat to get a 3pl8 squat)
