How the hell do you eat to gain weight /fit/?
I just ate 700 calories worth of lentils, and I'm so full that I feel sick.
not really. If you compromise and use unsaturated fats to pump in calories, peanut butter and the like are great.
other than that, just blend oats in a smoothie. If you have a powerful enough blender, you can pulverize them to the point that you don't notice them in liquid, and you can pack a cup (300 calories) here or there throughout the day without them filling you up for too long.
you can get 300 calories off of like 5 oz of chicken and even more from steak.
look for stuff with low carbs, stuff with good amounts of fat like nuts and whatnot have lots of calories per serving and aren't that filling.
Blaze up some dank herb and then eat eggs and meat like there's no tomorrow

something about your bullshit makes me doubt that. No one would legitimately recommend eating an excess of veggies, veggies are mostly water and vitamins. Almost no nutrition to them what-so-ever.

I'm not a doctor and you probably shouldn't listen to what I have to say, but your doctor doesn't have any interest in getting to the root of your problem.
Your problem is your fault, you allowed yourself to get fat and become insulin resistant.
If you lower your body fat percentage through diet and caloric deficit, start being physically active for a few hours a week and preferably, weight train, you will probably reverse your condition to an extent and at the very least, drastically lower your chance of developing heart disease.

I've been eating like shit and in huge amounts like 1500 at once. Just ate 6 ounces of chicken, 2 cups of veggies, 2 ounces of cheese and full as fuck. Only 600 calories. But lots of protein. I don't know mang.
