Anabolics are fully active hormones intended to replace rather than support endogenous hormones.
In your example you'd want ghrelin memetics or igf.

it makes a certain amount of sense to taper off the dosage of ai while easing into pct given you're still going to have supraphysiological doses of exogenous hormones being attacked by upregulated amounts of aromatase enzymes, and it takes time for that shit to level out and downregulate back to something resembling normalcy
assuming we're talking about enanthate esters and you stop dosing for two weeks then start pct, continue ai dosage the first week off then half it the next week, if possible half it after that during the start of pct, if you can manage to keep such a low dose while maintaining a proper dosage frequency to avoid hormone fluctuations I'd keep it through pct
play it by ear and pay attention to your body, if you're still getting high e2 sides then up the dosage, too low then back off, also be wary like I said of dosage frequency and drug half-life 'cause rollercoaster hormones suck massive donkey dick

And I'll even explain it for you in terms you can understand. Higher T raises cholesterol, the body aromatizes it to estrogen which offsets the negative effects on your cholesterol. When you combine an AI with a steroid, you lower your estrogen relative your high T, which results in a negative effect on your cholesterol.
Google "aromasin steroid cholesterol".... 9 links saying it hurts cholesterol, 1 link you found which isn't about steroids, its about women with breast cancer.

This is how my current cycle is/was.
Started out with 4 weeks of dbol and 10 weeks of test e and put on a good bit of mass for 8 weeks. Maintained the last two weeks then been using test p and anavar since and cut from 14% to 10% while only losing 5 lbs. Just added in tren ace and will be using mast p for the last 6 weeks so hoping to come off at around 8% with some weight gain from the tren.
Recomp is possible but diet has to be meticulous planned as well as training.
Diets been on point and I've been training weights twice a day with 30min of cardio during first session.
