I've had acne for the past 5 years. I'm tired of it. I've been to 2 different dermatologists and neither of them have done anything except for wasted my money. Is there any kind of special diet that clears acne? I also have it on my back.
Have you tried antibiotics? If so, which?

this
but cycle antibiotics first because accutane is rough
but it works
I use a retinol cream and benzoyl Peroxide, basically shitty epiduo. Takes a while for it to work. I also use pic related. Shit is gold. Don't touch your face but if you do, these bandages will clear up the most disgusting popped pimple in two days or so. Less if it's just a minor one. Also does a good job of stopping them when they just appear. Le googles " blister bandages/advanced healing bandages for acne"
get a curology subscription
It's a pay by the month type thing but they send you custom shit based on pics and it always keeps my entire body/face crystal clear

Helps reduce scarring too
Cloxacillin is the only that should work for acne. Anything else is pretty much useless if you're like your pic, OP.
Try accutane, you just need a good liver and to not drink alcohol for 6 months.

hydrocolloid bandages
sterilize a needle and jab it straight into your zit where the head is, or the center. DONT SQUEEZE the pore wall is already weak from being engorged with pus. Put one of these on overnight, zit is now tiny red dot. bandage is impressively swollen with pus.

For a lot of people bad skin is a natural side effect of high testosterone; I'm guessing this, coupled with a sensitive skin type, is the root cause for you.
