This used to happen to me all the time.
>Sleep 10 hours.
>Wake up starving and mad
>Too tired and pissed to wake up so sleep for two more hours.
>Wake up small as fuck, immediately go to work.
I try not to fall into this cycle anymore though. I HAVE to get jacked.

>lift way too much, develop back/shoulder problems
>get cut from team for reason i could not control
>haven't lifted in 3 years
i am no a senior at a different school, and everyday i wonder why i haven't ended it yet

I may have some kind of disorder, but I still don't know how you guys bulk so easily. I feel stuffed and ready to vomit after half a serving of most foods, even after a year of force-feeding myself.
That and an elbow that grinds when I do tricep stuff
