He has no clue how to train. Watch his video about basic barbell training. What he describes is novice programming. His stats are advanced novice/early intermediate.
He basically missed the point to switch to an intermediate routine seven years ago and never wondered why his bench doesn't approach 2pl8.
He ate a shitload of tofu, beans, potatoes, dates and nuts in addition to the leaves and fruits. He got a decent amount of fat and protein in. I'd estimate he eats 3500 calories here, 75% carb 10% prot 15% fat, so he's still getting in 60 grams of fat and 90 grams of protein. That's more than enough of each macronutrient to survive, let alone thrive and build muscle.
I'm not even a vegan yet I recognize this fact.

I think hes like 6'4 or 6'3. Hes not eating enough and even so he is getting what his body needs to actually gain size for over 7 years. At least not to be what he looks like now.. He might poop a lot of that stuff out due to high amounts of fiber. If it's not that I think he doesn't train very well. Which, for most people is not a problem, but for him I think he don't know how to train with volume. Especially his lie about "competing". absolutely true. VG still thinks fat intake raises cholesterol and triglycerides, when the real thing that raises those is being overweight, aging and a combination of your genetics and their interaction with your consumption of carbs and fats.
I'm 21 years old and eat around 30% fat, 55% carbs and 15% protein for my diet. I eat all kinds of meat and saturated fat, yet my cholesterol and testosterone are FAR higher than any of these online vegans.
As far as I can find, DurianRider has 500ng/dl testosterone and about 150 total cholesterol, and he's supposed to be Mr. Healthy raw 30 bananas a day. I know he's older than me, but I literally have almost twice his test.

He squats 185 for reps, maybe 2 plates for a one rep max
He presses 75 pound dumbbells overhead from a seated position for 5 reps (this is his best compound lift)
He bench presses 90 pound dumbbells for 5 reps
He flat barbell bench presses 185 pounds for 3-4 reps
He curls 60s for reps and performs overhead tricep extensions with a 100 lb dumbbell
He's 6'2"-6'3" and 170 lbs

I lifted plenty in hs tbc, football, and a bit after highschool, i never even attemped 1rm but i was doing 5x5 55kg bench all day, took the whole damn year too. I called it the 5er plan, 55kg 5x5 big 3 5days a week. Ive never been able to do pullups though ive been 6'1 240+ since freshman yr, plenty of centers/nosebleeds cant. 5k is for faggots. I ran until i was told to stop and no more than that. Running is more mindlees than lifting.
