He plays in tournaments and once played against the no. 8 in the world (lost of course). He let me borrow his racket and I started playing a few months ago. For anyone who wants to get some cardio and have fun I suggest squash, its insane the workout it gives you.

Nothing makes me run and keep running like squash. Definitely recommended for people that likes sports but struggle with repetitive cardio training. Really fun too. Get a ladder going and enjoy it.

Catching is about the only thing I can do. I'm not in any competitive leagues or anything, just D3 Vermont. My high school has 350 kids, so I'm no where near the skill level of ballers in less rural areas. lol
