I am almost 100% certain pic related is you OP. Have you actually counted the calories you are eating or are you guesstimating?
Also if you really eat ~3000 calories a day do you eat like this every single day? If you eat 3000 for 4 days and then slack off during the weekend getting only 2200 thats only ~2600 calories on average per day of the week.

-Pretty much no protein at all (6 eggs and 2 cans of tuna only? c'mon that's not even 80g). Ignore kebab.

-Half your carbs are fiber + sugars, the fibers can't be used by the body and the sugar is sugar, add some rice, oats and vegetables, son.

-None of your fats are healthy fats (Nutella, really? Get some fucking peanut butter for god's sake, and where the fuck is the milk?)

-Your micros are probably extermely shitty too, which makes your body completely inneficient at using the macros and grow properly, add fucking vegetables and more fruit.

Lactofree milk bro, it's a thing all over Europe. Also, you can eat yoghurt, as long as it isn't fat free as they normally add skim milk powder to thicken it. And hard cheeses like cheddar. Just look up nutrition information about the milk product and if it has <1g of sugar per 100g you should be ok. Obviously things like fruit yoghurt have extra sugar added but use your brain.
