>wake up 5 to walk the five miles to my nearest gym
>huge uni dudes everywhere
>sit on the row machine for 30 seconds and leave
A-at least I can browse dank /fit/ memes r-right guys?
I've been there. You can beat it
Next session force yourself to do more. Hell just do a couple of sets of curls. You'll get used to being around others while working out and you'll stop caring
Don't let others get in the way of you making it
On the plus side it stopped showing and I can get home easier. I just wish people would plow their sidewalks.
Why are you even intimidated by huge dudes? Those are your biggest allies in the gym, those big dudes understand that you are there trying to improve yourself, they've been in the same place you are a long time ago and they know all the struggles. Instead of feeling intimidated you should be glad that you have people that you can talk about things and learn from.
well at least it's better than my first time at the gym.
> be 5'7 manlet
> go to local gym to do some SS
> the free weights are all used
> see one guy (looks around 6'2) move away from weights
>start deracking his plates
>"what the fuck are you doing"
> mfw i realise that he's ding circuit training
> get yelled at for 5 minutes straight
> go to treadmill and think about what just transpired
> leave 10 minutes after
Bruh's i've started going really early to the gym to avoid him. Luckily i havn't seen him in 5 months.
haha just burself haha just stop being depressed bro haha
Random people don't care about you at the gym or anywhere else really. You think they gonna remember you in particular and then make fun of you, a random person, all day with their friends? Do you memorize random people and analyze them through out the day?
Even if anybody did make fun of you, fuck you care for? Why would you care what a person that doesn't even like you for whatever reason thinks about you.
