Also to keep it fit related, how do I progress on from C25K have been doing running 3 times a week at 35 to 40 minutes for last 2 weeks, trying to run quicker each time.

I used to because I hated waiting on my friends to set aside the time. Plus we had different taste in movies.

You can always start with Bridge-to-10k. I just finished week 3.
I do it all the time because I like weird movies and there's no point dragging people to shit they won't enjoy. It's a little bit awkward when you go see something that only has like 4-5 people watching it, and you're there alone.
