Is it safe to hit the weights while drunk /fit/?
I'm going out tonight and have every intention of boozing until 6-7am. I wanna hit the gym at 10am though (my normal time) so i'll probably still be drunk when I do. I know dehydration is the big thing but is there anything else I should be worried about?
You don't sound very serious about weightlifting if you're doing stuff like that regularly. Sleep deprivation and alcohol both make for shit gains. Decide what you want more.

Why not just plan around it then? Cut back on food if you're drinking and then sleep in and worn out a little later. Sleep is very important mate.

Don't man... I tried once, I only had about 4 beers and had a good buzz... If you're into supplements think of alcohol as the opposite of a preworkout.... Cause that's what it felt like for me...
I've worked out hungover before... shit me and my friend in the marines used to slam beers and lift weights at the same time. It wont hurt you but you will be sore as fuck the next day,
