Is it safe to hit the weights while drunk /fit/?
I'm going out tonight and have every intention of boozing until 6-7am. I wanna hit the gym at 10am though (my normal time) so i'll probably still be drunk when I do. I know dehydration is the big thing but is there anything else I should be worried about?
Why not just plan around it then? Cut back on food if you're drinking and then sleep in and worn out a little later. Sleep is very important mate.

Don't man... I tried once, I only had about 4 beers and had a good buzz... If you're into supplements think of alcohol as the opposite of a preworkout.... Cause that's what it felt like for me...
