Also if you are going to eat salad (like a retard, salads are expensive and stupid), do not use salad dressing, salad dressing negates the whole fucking idea of a salad, salad dressing is full of sugar and fat and additives. Maybe drizzle on some olive oil if you have to, but don't go nuts with it.

learn to flavor your food with semi-low sodium/low calorie sauces because if you dont you will be a miserable fuck, plain chicken breast and fish tastes like absolute shit with no salt/pepper least.

You might wanna add some cardio and lifting eventually. If you're in a rural area, go for a walk or jog or something and enjoy the scenery. Ride a bike. Take up a sport perhaps to add more internal motivation. Good luck.

Take it slowly with the cardio so you don't stress your heart more than needed. Focus on eating on a deficit, and doing slow cardio (hiking, cycling, light jog etc)
