From just your pic (maybe post another pic of your back or shot of a mirror) your hip to shoulder ratio looks bretty gud desu, and your back probably isn't as bad as you think it is, but yeah I would hit traps abit more. 8/10
I cant really say anything about traps in regards to improving though because mine aren't that great, but what works for my forearms is to do back lever progression (just search it on youtube), and different types of hangs like with one hand, 4 fingers, etc.

I am going to cut soon, have been thinking of starting strongman style workouts with emphasis on oly lifts, weighted carries, yokes, which are all high heartrate/anaerobic workouts so I'm hoping they will help burn fat. I luckily have no problem developing chest, it seems my back is what is hard. My left lat grows but I have a lot of problems activating hit and if I don't think about it every rep it won't be sore the next day.
Also, anyone else ever do Zerchers? Holy shit are they a full body workout

Yeah, I learned it pretty much on my own and the internet. There are some good sites like /r/bodyweightfitness and on /asp/ there are bodyweight generals. I would just use them as guidelines, and I'm assuming you just want to learn the static holds. There are also a plenty of youtube channels that are good (Dan jeong conditioning, GMB to name a few). There are gyms that are dedicated to gymnastics, but I'm not sure how expensive they are (I'm assuming they are quite expensive), and you would definitely learn faster if you went to a dedicated gym. Just like with lifting, if you're going to learn rings, I would take it slowly because it's pretty easy to get injured (personally I haven't been injured yet).

Thanks, man. I'm trying to work on my traps at the moment but they don't seem to grow. I've tried pause shrugs, got up to 4 plates for 12 on those, tried high volume and was doing 3 plates for 3 sets of 20-25. Just doesn't seem to work. Thanks though!
I don't actually take lessons or do gymnastics formally. I just picked up a pair of rings because they looked pretty interesting.
3 x 20s tuck planche
3 x 5 uneven chin up
3 x 20s half lay back lever
3 x 8 tuck front lever rows
3x5 15 degrees RTO ring dip
with rest 1 minute 30 seconds in between each set, and I do this 3 days a week.
Oh and also there's a pretty big community out there, so if you live near a major city you could probably find people that are willing to teach you or learn. I live near Toronto, and there's a park built for calisthenics, and I've been to it a few times, and each time there was no less than 8 people there

My friend is 5'6 and did SS. Keep it up and you'll have good proportions. Don't forgot some accessories like arms but anyway you've got a good base to start and your quads are starting to come through.

Quit lifting for 6 months due to depression. this is 2 months back, will make a pic every month.
Second pic is 1lb heavier, I was only adding 200-300 calories a week if I didn't gain wight, unfortunately I only recently finally started to actually gain weight, I severely undershot my calories needed, but would ratther this happen than overshoot and start gaining fat with the muscle. Really gonna try to minimize fat, and just gain 2 lb's or so the next 2 months, then 1 lb a month till goal body.

i think it might be that your chest looks small because you have medial rotation in your shoulders.
your shoulders look very much tilted forward, or is this just for the picture?
if it is the case you need to stretch the chest and stengthen the back, i suggest deadlifts and squats since you are calisthenics.

183cm-6', 69kg-152lbs. Upper body is calisthenics only, lower body weights. Currently bulking, taking battery weight gainer aiming for 75-80kg.
Had to let go of my ego and eat ridiculous amounts of food to book any progress, now I lost my abs and see a somewhat fat duck in the mirror each time I look.
That's what it takes to even remotely escape dyel mode, at least my lifts reach well into intermediate.

Honestly calisthenics is alot more fun then lifting imo. Yea the legs part is nonexistent but upper body gains are great and handstands are way to fun to pass up.

I had to give up my gym membership because of moving away, exchange semesters and stuff like that, so I have to get into calisthenics now.
Sometimes I feel like calisthenics work my body a lot more because the movements are more complex so that's good.
Just not sure about mass gains, tho.

Most of them are static holds but they will get your core real strong. If it's for aesthetics purposes then just do leg raises and the dragon flag progressions.
Also if you want to get real big then just get a book bag and put some stuff in it till it feels heavy. Or get some chains.

Thats the routine as for the diet, I just eat clean and try to bulk up at a reasonable surplus(like TDEE+300-400 kcal). Try to hit your macros, eat veggies and some fruits and the basics, like oats, eggs, rice, chicken, quark. I supplement whey, zinc and magnesium.
