Do you get the same amount of nutrients from drinking a smoothie as you would from eating fruit and vegetables?
If I made a smoothie with fresh fruit and vegetables would I be better off just eating them or is there no difference?
No because the friction between the blades and the fruit disperses into the air and releases the toxinogen build up that contains all the vitamins and nutrients of the fruit when you open the blender lid
>throw fruit in a blender
>not a real fruit anymore
>get nutribullet for Christmas a year ago
>booklet it comes with claims using it will cure everything from cancer to depression
>BUT DON'T FUCKING EVER PUT A WHOLE APPLE IN IT THE SEEDS WILL TURN TO CYANIDE
Jesus christ you know how many apple seeds you'd have to consume to poison yourself? But two glasses of vegetables a day will end your social anxiety, get rid of your sore joints, and repair your intestine damage.
