Here is my first workout ever. I tried to keep it consecrated on back/biceps. This took 45min

Row over and side grip 60lbs 3x12

MTS High Row 55lbs 3x12

Lat Pull 85lbs 3x12

Bench press 95lbs 1x8 1x10 1x12

Dumbbell curls 22.5 3x12

No, you should be fine going straight to a chest tris day. Most people consider benching a chest/tris movement, so you might want to move it to your B day. Oh, and SQUATZ!

You might want to start squatting or do some Cardio if you're not a spooky skeleton.
