No, you should be fine going straight to a chest tris day. Most people consider benching a chest/tris movement, so you might want to move it to your B day. Oh, and SQUATZ!
You might want to start squatting or do some Cardio if you're not a spooky skeleton.

So I have switched from a no nothing unstructured game plan to no nothing structured game plan cicadas ppl.
