I modded it for a bit more volume

He recommends 2x5, then a set of as many reps as possible before your form goes to shit

I usually do 4x5 then a set to failure on the fifth. Also, add in accessories throughout the week. Curls, dips, chinups etc

you 100% are going to need to back down on the training volume to maintain progression.
don't worry so much about curls or dips.

if any accessories, maybe a couple sets of shrugs or side lateral raises..

but deffo don't do curls or dips, that will interfere with your progression on bench and chins.

the program is low volume for a reason, tbhfam

adding 2 more sets is silly, just double progression if amrap is >10
