If you look at an analogous example in South Africa (which has the script flipped with the lowest IQ, most aggressive race having a large majority), it remains (by far) the most developed country in the region.

Comparably the shift will be extremely slow in Europe because the population is not vulnerable to radical change in the conceivable future.

North Africans have higher IQs are more phenotypically similar to whites. Generally, a North African/Swedish hybrid looks like a Jew or an Italian. These populations will sustain their country and only be moderately worse off.

Incorrect. Look up how American demographics have changed from 1960 to the present day. Then look up how Canadian demographics have changed in the past 30 years alone. These are two examples of mass migration that has not impacted stability (and may have even enhanced it for related reasons).

"White" came about because it turns out that all of these European groups that are different in a lot of ways were actually able to set aside their differences (in appearance and behavior) and assimilate.

The only question is how far does the line go. Does it extend all the way to peoples whom share similar values? Does it extend to peoples whom are genetically similar? Persians and even Saudis are fairly similar to Europeans in terms of genetic distance.

In any case, there's actually no direct evolutionary reason for you to prefer people of your race. Genes are under very weak selective pressures when you start getting to second cousin + in terms of genetic distance.
