Anyone know a high calories shake? I don't need it to have a lot a of protein, just a lot of calories. I have trouble meeting the calories I need.
I out 1-2 scoops whey, 1-2 frozen bananas, several tbsp peanut butter, a bunch of oats, 16 oz whole milk, and some honey when bulking.
Probably around 1400 calories in there, and it tastes great.
