Lifting advice for this body type?
So far I've been doing standing flies, dumbell press (inclined and regular), dumbbell raise, and pull ups. I'm trying to get my shoulders to look broader but I still look like this. Anything else I can add? I go to the gym about 3 times a week.

Best to start measuring. I weight myself every morning after pissing to try to keep variables affecting bodyweight in check. Start weighing yourself every day. Log it. I use myfitnesspal because it is easy to use and has pretty graphs. I've learned that if you aren't tracking your calories and taking meaningful measurements of yourself then all of your effort in the gym goes to shit.
I know you don't want to get ripped but it's the same principle. You can adjust your caloric intake and fitness programming easily if you don't like the look of yourself.
Is all that really necessary? I was always thought if I ate a lot and worked out the right way everything would be fine. I only started the thread because its been a month and I'm still skinnyfat as fuck.
If you can't handle it psychologically then measure once every week/fortnight/month, but if you can handle that there's going to be variations day to day then logging everyday at the same time is p solid.
