/fit whats your daily meal routine for a cut? Post breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, etc. I'm looking for ideas for a cut.
4 egg omlette with veg
Can of tuna
Lunch 300g chicken
Whey + water
Add in the odd steak here and there, sometimes cottage cheese, sometimes oats with fruit for breakfast. 2200 calorie cut
>two pieces of fruit
>protein shake (60g protein) in skim milk
>50g of carbs if I lifted that day
>300-400g meat (less if fatty, more if lean)
>500-750g carbs (less if I didn't lift or it's dense like rice, more if I lifted or if it's potatoes or beans)
I also eat a lot of green veggies.
>if you want to make it then dont eat anything for memefast
>some meat (preferably leanish)
>meat again (preferably lean)
>protein shake when im back in my dorm
>and whatever else i want to finish off macros (pizza,ice cream,a cookie or two), i usually have 1100+ calories left at this time which is why i skip breakfast
then i fast until lunch the next day, if hunger becomes unbearable i chug water or drink a protein shake
this is my ideal cut which i start when i go back to uni. it works for me senpai
I'm following the fact that I plan to lift while I cut meme. You must have the aids 2016 look going by that diet lol. Thats roughly like 1500 cals? maybe less for two meals lol. I'm 6"1 230 around 17% body fat. I'd look like a skelly on that meal plan.
Yeah, i'm 5'8 183 so you have a bigger body than me. I cut on 2000 cals so i split it up 800 for lunch, 1200 for dinner. I dont need food when i lift, i have hit PR's after a 24 hr fast by accident lol
never been a skelly family, actually used to be a 5'4 285 obese 14 year old
100-200g of Beans
100g of raw kale
2 slices of Ezekiel bread
Almonds or pumpkin seeds (23 almonds for 1 serving, 80 pumpkin seeds for 1 serving)
Lunch, Repeat, No Bread, Add Banana
Dinner, Beans and Kale, add Almonds or Tofu.
Should get you around 1800cal
