actually this is like 2 months old, so heres my updated lifts.
Yeah I found that I have been benching with my hands closer than they should be.
(Back Story: When I started lifting, I was told to place my hands thumbs length from where the grooves began on the bar. Never changed)
So now I moved to wide grip to strengthen my chest.
Hurt my back a while ago, still scared of DLing but at least i am doing it again. My squats are also flying up and will rise rapidly, my pr before the injury was only 92.5 kilos, and i squat 87.5 right now so not far off. Deadlift was 110kg, but it will be a little while until i try that again. OHP goes up soon too.
