Can I use the rest of my 300 calories today on alcohol? Did I get enough vitamins already?

Replace cereal with oatmeal, you feel full for longer. Dont get the one that is artificially flavored either fatass, get steel cut oats add in sliced apples/some cinnamon and it'll taste great.

I'm not a fatass lol. 168lbs and 5'11 with some decent but not big muscle.
People on /r9k/ told me that too but the cereal has more vitamins for the same calories and desu I don't get hungry due to drinking coffee.

If you need nutrients just juice some vegetables and fruits if you dont care for carbs then blend them instead, I find this easier since I'd rather drink a nasty concoction than eating them >>35516001
a multivitamin is detrimental in the long run and a waste of money unless it's vitamin D.
Think I might buy some multivits, sadly I got paranoid and just ate a full garlic bread to myself despite it having shit nutritious value lol. Thanks for the tip though.
