M8, your bench p good, but it's the least demanding of the compounds when it comes to overall strength. Why don't you start training like a normal person?

What? All you need is a fucking barbell and some sort of rack. If you can bench, you can deadlift and ohp too. Squats might be more tricky, but I'm sure there is a squat stand or a power rack.

Also, you need a thicker, more developed core. You look like someone who would snap in half and be crushed by simply unracking 405 from the squat rack. Delts look small in comparison to your arms.
