how fucked am I ?
what kind of exercises can I do to fix it or at least make it look better ?
How is exercising going to fix the fact you look emaciated?
I never thought I'd be the one to say it because I hate the bulking advocates over here and tend to think any healthy, lean physique is good, but holy fuck eat more. How much do you weigh?
Hey there. Realize that your chest is slightly inwards pushing your ribs outwards. I also have this problem, and I also used to be very skinny with a sort of belly like you. But when you gain weight it won't be noticeable much at all.
My advice: eat 6 times a day, take a mass gainer, workout at least 4 times a week. Dont count calories in the beginning stage just eat a lot as much as you can. Dont drink soda anymore because it gives you that belly. Drink plenty of water and dont eat much sugars. Workout hard. Read about what workouts to do, supersetting and dropsetting will hell you improve quick. I went from 130 pounds to 166 and still going up. When you reach a plateu, increase calories even more and do more sets and more workouts per muscle group. Good luck
I actually think eating more is going to be way more complicated for me than starting exercising lol

Hell yeah eating more is much harder for me than the lifting. Buy some mass gainer and have a couple shakes a day, that should put you comfortably over your TDEE as long as you're eating decently too.
