We always get mixed opinions over this shit because the people posting in these threads are the following
-Kids who don't even lift and think you can look like Lesnar if you take protein
-People who have been lifting for 1-2 years made decent gains and think in 5 years they'll look like Lazar Angelov
-People with shitty genetics who eat like shit,workout like bitches and think the natty limit is ottermode
-Brofessors who think big delts and vascularity=ROIDS yet don't realize both can be genetics
IMO people should live,eat and breath bodybuilding for a year or two and then decide for themselves how far they can go with their genetics and if they should quit or keep going.
I'm the second category. I don't get it. Once you reach natty limit, can you not grow your muscles anymore even with an overload of calories? So if you reach natty limit within three years, are you just going to maintain after that and make some strength gainz?
The problem is diminishing returns. Roids help you push through that barrier. Of course you can theoretically keep getting bigger, by the time which it would take increases to the point that it's no longer viable.
