The collegen is much more likely to cause scar tissue than synthol with some type of silica. The collegen may look more natural than synthol when used excessively like Rich has but doesn't come close to looking natural and it is also permanent in his case. His arms will always be massive and bulbous as the scar tissue won't ever heal and surgical fixes would just make things worse because of the extent of problem.

beginners can adapt to heavier weights every single workout, so beginners should just pick a basic barbell programme and get strong
once you're advanced, then maybe his approach of mixing it up will work better

You can talk while on the bike, at least it shows him doing something. Instead of having 15 minutes of him talking in the counter, we would have him talking 15 minutes on the bike.
