I have puffy af nipples I tape down with micropore tape. I think I might have high test, and thus high estrogen? I'm hairy as fuck. I have to shave my chest, and trim my legs
The most annoying thing is they look right down sexy when they're hard/cold
Could probably be just fat. I hover just over 15% most of the time and if I lose a little fat they flatten out and if I gain a little chub they get puffy again.
Put on some muscle, lose some fat, see if they don't normalise.
- stop taking creatine, it's garbage
- drink shittons of water (counterintuitive, yes)
- eat better (less carbs, no processed trash)
but what made the biggest difference in my case:
- quit jerking off so goddamn much
I'm serious. I believe it's related to progesterone levels that are raised post jerkoff session.
In the middle of getting /fit/ for the first time in my life here, I lost about 40 pounds last year with squatz and diet changes
But fuck, I'm sure I have gyno, I haven't lost a gram of fat from my chest.
I'm still gonna try to cut a lot further, hopefully they're just the last thing to go.
