Newbie here, I went from eating fucking everything daily to just Rice, Chicken, and Protein Shakes. My TDEE is 2300 and i'm eating about 1700. I'm doing a 6 day a week bro split with a bit of biking at the start as well.
I'm a 210 lb fat fuck now, but I've been keeping this up for the past 4 days, which is a fucking streak for me.
Am I doing everything right? I'm looking to reach about 150 lbs. Will I be great looking by the end of 2016?
