anyways, for dinner i had lentil/black bean soup and some natty chicken sausage (no cancer causing shit). im still very full, do yourself a favor anon and ditch that bread for the more voluminous and superior legumes
Tilapia and Rice premade meals. Add teriyaki sauce for maximum deliciousness
4lb bowl of 7 celery stalks, a cup of raisins, 4 cups of chick peas, half a red onion and whatever amount of rice it took to add that weight to it
im cutting, i dont even count calories i just eat the bare minimum of what i feel like eating. Counting everything was starting to get frustrating and i'd always try to hit my calories which meant i'd sometimes let myself eat crappy food as long as it fit my goal, but then i'd just break willpower and binge on other, shitty foods.

So I just had a tiny plate of beans and half a potato to make sure I didn't go over calories.

right now im eating "maintenance". quotes because im not really counting macros until i go back to school and start my 1800 cal cut. right now just eating until im satisfied.
