Whats your routine?
Every day, I do 100 pullups, 100 pushups, 100 squats, and run for 10 km. And finally I make sure to save money to spend on my mind instead.
I just started ice cream fitness. Before that I did my own retarded shit of Smith machine, dumbell curls, and incline sit-ups. Praying for sweet natty gains now that I am doing 'real' lifting.
Don't listen to this idiot op. You need to keep adding weight. Invest in a weight vest or just put weight in a backpack. Increase weight gradually and you should see gains.
