i normally intermittent fast all day, run home to eat a BIG-ASS feast, then hit the gym.

sometimes if i work late, i will just stop by Qdoba or something, get a nice burrito in my stomach then hit the gym (i keep my gym stuff in my car, because i never know when this happens)

my gym is open till 1am (literally for why i have no idea) and i usually end up working out around 9-11pm

gym is always empty as fuck.
