Yeah, I'd just talk to your GP. You could probably just say you want to know your levels to get a better understanding of your general health and fitness, that's basically what I did.
I had been having a '"low test spell" of sorts, where my test temporarily fell and prolactin rose above the normal range, and the effects it had on me were concerning me to the point where I decided to get tested.(lack of morning wood, depression, etc)
I got an appointment with an endo after my GP tested me and these results are the after results from a couple months later.
Pretty sure my hormones got thrown off by using several OTC supplements including saw palmetto, extenze and pygeum, and now that I'm off all that shit my test and prolactin are back to normal.

I have 15% over normal range and im recommended two tests/year or more. I had tests done right after the blood test(that I originally got for insomnia)

That's some bullshit my man. I don't know why that happened to you, it was really easy for me to get several blood tests done on three different occasions. I'm also only 20 years old and was 19 still when I got my first test.

I did one cycle and i had my test levels measured. The doctors were frantic because my test levels were 1600+
