Anyone here do Yoga?
I want to learn at my house, I'm not paying to go to a class or have someone teach me.
Any good resources or info?
Benefits in power lifting?
There's nothing in the sticky on Yoga, or any in depth stretching program.
I been liftning for 5 years now and recently picked up yoga. Been going for 2 months now. Its a lot tougher than you think, but worth it.
Also, I can stare at tits and bent over asses for up to 10seconds at a time. I love it, yoga too
Yoga is dome good shit. I would recommend going to a class for a few times having a teacher or rectangular you is pretty handy to make sure you are doing it right.
There are a ton of bemifits to be had from practicing yoga. As far as lifting goes it really helps with mobility and recovery in my opinion.
And you sort of feel like pic related.
my wife (who does yoga) pointed me to this
can sort by what area you want to hit and what difficulty
Find it easier than scouring youtube for a good vid (im sure there is plenty of quality shit on the tube but there is also plenty of crap)
Men doing yoga is like women doing martial arts. You can put in years of dedicated hard work, and some complete scrub of the opposite sex can just waltz in and get better than you over a week.
Doesn't mean you shouldn't do it, it's all for your own personal growth and health after all, but just be prepared to constantly be a second class pleb amongst gods if you take a class.
Yoga is great, I should really be doing more, fantastic for mobility, feels nice too. On YouTube is Yoga for Weightlifters, Powerlifters, and Bodybuilders, that's a pretty good beginners routine, thirty minutes long
Only thing is you have to actually focus on it when you are doing yoga, actually getting into the stretches
There are some yoga positions in my stretching routine if you want to count that
shit feels good man
yeah I do.. I got this video.. you can easily find it for free on torrent sites:
