is there ANY app or website where I can track my micronutritions (Vitamins, minerals etc.).
Im living alone for like 6 months now and im afraid that i dont eat enough vitamins and stuff.
I'm always tired, no motivation, bad concentration etc.. Im already trying to eat healthy (trying to eat atleast 3 different fruits a day).
Would be alot easier to make a mealplan and track my micros.
Will be dumping /fit/ recipes for help and tips.

tracking micros is impossible and pointless.
you could intake 400% of the recommended amount of X, but get none of it cause you didn't eat Y with it.
Or you get 400% of the recommended amount, but the recommendations are fucking bullshit cause some old fart pulled them out of his ass in the 50's.
Just eat varied vegetables, do eat fruit, do eat meat, and don't worry too much.
