Is losing 30lbs in 3 months a difficult goal, should I focusing on just 20lbs? I'm 160lbs at 5'7", just for reference.
It's doable under the right set of variables. For instance, men tend to lose weight faster than women and obese people tend to lose weight faster than healthy or slightly overweight people.
You're 160lbs so 30lbs in 3 months is going to be really difficult. I'd shoot for 20.
I have no muscle and figured I'd cut first, then bulk back up. Right now my body fat percentage is high
