You're a fucking retard. The plates wobble because the smaller plates aren't against a flat surface and they move in the space of where the plate should be.

If you had two 20s on either side than it would be fine, but two 20s and two 10s for example, would wobble because it's not against a flat surface.
The bigger plates are against the edges on the plate, the smaller plates aren't.

Same here. There's this point that my shoulder literally dislodges (somethings up with my shoulder, never bothered to figure out what as it's easy to prevent). So I just go down as far as I can, keeping my shoulders tight the whole time. Never let myself hang. Doesn't seem healthy anyway.

actually the proper way to load metal plates per IPF/USPA rules has the first plate on the bar mounted with the letters facing in towards the lifter and the rest of the plates loaded like your pic related, with the letters mounted outwards.
