What do you want to learn to do with your body?
Vid very related.
>That lion that comes in at the end to murk the baby
I think that guy goes to my gym, if not, they're identical.
He does muscle-ups like its a piece of cake, and does a bunch of gymnast-like stuff. (Hanging on a pullup bar parallel to the ground, going upside down etc.)
Also once I've seen him do as in the webm, but holding on to two dumbells, and instead of going back to the L-sit, he would go down to a push up position, without his feet touching the ground.
Currently I can do this with 2 hands (called crickets)
It's a lot easier than it looks.
Andy Hug used to drop people all the time with axekicks. It's a lot quicker than in street fight and the heel comes rubber banding down onto the head.
I've never kicked anyone with it but when I could do one it came down pretty fast once you hit the height limit. Pretty much everything is trying to get your foot back down to Earth at least in my experience.
I can do the thing in OP's gif, its called a loser when you step back into it, and a webster when you swing your foot into it.
Its actually not too hard to do, but doing it as well as Sage takes a lot of practice.
what happens when you let slavs watch kung fu movies.
1. I`ve never seen any cma style flail that badly
2. shaolin especially puts more emphasis on power generation. The people in the video are lacking both internal and external force .
>Be at my gym, has a room with 6 punching bags for free use.
>"Great groundfighter, too bad every fight starts standing up."
>Practice punches, terrible fluidity.
>Random dude approaches, unwanted constructive criticism incoming.
>Actually knows what he's talking about teaches me his roundhouse technique. Practice with him once a week for 2 months.
>Always shows off with this flashy kick- He kicks low towards your thigh but snaps his leg way up last second to attack the head.
>Damn impressed every time.
>Fast forward 4 months, kicks are fast and strong, get mires from lots of people now. Dat technique.
>Learned the snap fake kick I be always mirin, really proud of myself.
>Broke my first bag.
>Pic I took of the bag I always practice on, and the biner that once held it up.
One and only goal.
Be careful with it. When the doctor tells you to take rest when you get an injury, take rest.
My dumb-ass friend is in a wheelchair because he was too stubborn and he was one of the best b-boys in the country.
Just because this is one of the few things that might actually deserve it on this site...
This video contains footage a russian man breaking multiple bones with a very audible pop and then proceeding to scream like a stuck pig, viewer discretion is advised.
As for things I want to learn to do with my body, cheat death and live forever.
post the video, I wanna hear it snap!
Pic related would be what I want to learn.
We are the chosen ones.
>tfw I can get the entire tip in now
That's not technically difficult to do- you only need a 2 foot vertical leap, and for a 170 lb man, that's extremely easy to achieve.
Now, to get past the mental barrier is the tricky part.
You don't only need vertical leap but also the ability to create rotation at the same time, and that is NOT easy for multiple reasons (one of which is, yes, the mental barrier)
Plus there's the impact when you land. The lower you leap (2 foot is very little) the faster the rotation you need to create, the harder the impact on your feet when you land. It's much harder technically to jump high and land soft, I've seen so many shattered heels because of this thing.
