Discuss methods to achieve husbando mode physique & aesthetics, diet, routine, supplements, cycle if not natty. Current wisdom is 15%-20% bodyfat, routine based on the big compound lifts with some Oly lifts and accessories, slightly styled hair rather than completely shaved or buzzed equal length is popular but not necessary, facial hair is a must, bodyhair trimmed or grown out but not waxed or shaved completely. Feel free to post pics of husbando mode ideals and discuss. No necessarily gay but gaybros welcome. No homo. Twink faggots, ottermode, athletic, and bodybuilder mode are NOT husbando mode.
Yup for most dudes it's more realistic & attainable than other modes while still being healthy, natty, and having an enjoyable life. But women probably prefer the slim or low bodyfat looks of otter, athletic, twink, and bodybuilder modes.
Athletic is the ripped/10% bf mode of Hollywood dudes, fitness models, etc imho. Justin is built for strength & power which is essentially the husbando aesthetic. But as a straight guy it seems gay dudes find this more attractive than young women.
Husbando mode is notably absent. It's below bearmode in bodyfat but above built.
That's a pretty retarded definition.
Logically athletic would be the body of an actual athlete or at least someone who trains for performance, like Justin.
The guys in movies/ fitness models don't care about performance, but about looking pretty.
Yes, I did come to a gay thread to shitpost about why strength training is superior to bodybuilding.
I think Justin would want me to.
15 to 20 % is kinda high. More 13 to 17 or something like that. You aren't a fuckin powerlifter.
the fact that i'm not cuddling with this right now is depressing
This >>35500612 was me again. Wouldn't know how to trip if I wanted to. Besides, I'm 5ft.7 at 75 kg so hardly the mode I want. And if I'm not the mode I want I ain't trippin. Like these threads tho
So husbando is basically powerlift/ollylifter with a less strict diet.
I would say Oly lifter, not power lifter.
Power lifters have this mentality of "If I can't lift what I want to lift I need to eat more."
I would say the guys in these thread generally eat healthy but probably don't count calories, but they also don't over eat.
They also train really fucking hard. For their body weight they look like they could be about as strong as an amateur power lifter but the will never be intermediate to advanced unless they cut weight to make a weight class, or just go full fucking hard as a mother fucker and bulk like a demon.
Hi guys. Justin is my goal body.
I'll be coming off SS in a month or three - ive been on it for 5 months already (used to be anorexic).
I am now 71kg at 5'9.5.
My lifts are for reps:
So, what should I do as my next program, and how should i proceed diet-wise? Do I just never cut or what?
would it help if i posted my current body?
Going to give Justin's Olympic linear program a try out, as someone who wants to compete just for the sake of competing this year.
I want Lascek mode so bad, and can only get it with heavy compounds.
I've been doing chinups the whole time, but I only added in dips last month - not ideal, but therea no point crying over spilt milk and all that.
Cool. I think i can probably squeeze a little more out of the program, maybe 40kg or so distributed across my lifts.
Is husbando mode?
Or does it need a little more fat?
never measured it but i assume around 12%?
