If I can only workout 3x a week, what would my routine look like if i'm trying to get something close to pic related?

I am not. Lifting for 5 years.
But next semester is going to be pretty insane, and I can only workout 3, maybe even 2 days a week.
I'm just trying to figure out how to scrap my 6 day routine and make a 2-3 day routine that has all the compounds i need to maintain a klokov lookin physique
I recently switched to 3-4 days a week instead of 5-6 and am making more strength gains while visibly becoming more lean.
What do you think is the biggest factor?
Nutrition hasn't changed. Maybe my body just has really shit recovery? 1 year lifter.
4 days per week is the ideal for natty lifters, desu. Unless you are bulking hard, it's hard to keep progressing well training 6 days, since you have too little time to recover and adapt.
