I'm not OP but I'm going to shamelessly steal this thread because similar and stupid questions. I decided to go with SS, but I'm not lifting with anyone who knows what they are doing, so I don't think power cleans are a good idea. Will I get murdered if I do Pendlay rows instead?
Also, I'm a lazy fuck and I don't really want muscle, I just want to not be disgusting. If I stop adding at whatever weight I'm at when SS doesn't make me progress any more, is that okay? Will I turn fat and the muscles disappear if I don't continue lifting more and more weights?
How hard is it to keep a proper form? I'm going with a friend and we'll help each other out, but none of us really know what we are doing, we just read and watch videos on the internets. Is this a bad idea?
I'm a grill also and follow ice cream fitness, and add in some accessory work in areas that I feel I need it. Look it up and follow. 30-60 mins lifting then 30 min cardio on lift days, 60 mins cardio on non lift days. Keep in mind if you eat shit, you'll look like shit. It's like 80% what you eat, 20% exercise when it comes to fitness. GL if you're actually another grill, go die if you're not. Ty.
