Been doing PPL all year. Day 2 is back, bis, lats, fuckin rear delts, fuckin traps, its so much shit, Id have to be in the gym for 2 hours just to hit everything proper.
What the fuck are you talking about? Deadlifts, pullups and rows will hit most of your back. Add extra work for whichever you want to focus on. Finish with curls and facepulls and you'll have hit every muscle with adequate volume.

You can do it in an hour and a half like me. How good you look is directly related to how much time you spend in the right way. If this is too difficult, give up and set easier goals.
There's no "best split". Cookie cutter routines are only useful for beginners. And if you are a beginner, you can pretty much do whatever the fuck you want and as long as you go to the gym regularly and eat you will gain tons of muscle mass.
