ITT: personal favorite exercise
Tell what exercise do you think is the very best and why it is biceps curl.
Isolateral, over head, enunciated hamstring pull on a smith machine.
Deadlift. I'm weak but this is the one that makes me feel like I have some semblance of actual strength.

Look up the armstrong method. That shit got me doing so many chins.
I do weighted but you start with bodyweight
>Armstrong method weighted with 20kg
>1 rep, 1min rest, 2 reps,1 min rest. 3 reps 1 min rest etc etc
>Keep going until you fail a set. then do one more weighted max out set
>Switch to unweighted
>1xF wide grip, wait one min
>1xF med grip, wait one min
>1xF narrow grip chin
I do this twice a week. This routine has taken me from <6reps unweighted to 10+reps weighted, 20 reps unweighted.

bench is a close second but the iron cross is just great
don't get why no one of you likes doing biceps. the most aesthetic muscle and girls do mire them more than all others.

don't get tricked into the biceps shit. it's easy to train and grows fast with isolation exercises, nothing more.
a woman that knows about training will see that everything else on you is underdeveloped.
woman are almost always going for the shoulders, chest or back muscles when making out, not the biceps in the first place.

Better focus on your back more during bench press and curls so you don't develope an imbalance.
In that order. Bis are the most important to girls at sight, but back is more important in bed. If you're plowing a qt3.14 and you have a rock hard back, she's gonna notice.
i have a love/hate relationship to pullups
theyre great because I just started to see some sweet lat gains and I can do 3x5 unweighted now but theyre also horrible because hard as fuck when first starting off
Love dumbbell bench to death all time favorite, I used to strictly barbell bench by I change it up and even tho the dumbbells only go up to 120s and its became easy I still don't like to barbell much will just up reps. I also notices my biceps were becoming under proportionate compares to my chest/back so I've picked up biceps allllot more and I'm beginning to love them again. Must be because when you see minimal progress for a long period because you are close to your peek seeing a massive burst is a crazy high.
Squats, DL, OHP
Honestly most exercises in SS are fucking great.
