Hey, I want your honest opinion about this. I lost 11 pounds. Cool, I thought at first, but now I feel like I look deflated. What would you choose? A heavier weight with more breasts or slim with not so round and high boobs?
I know there isn't much difference between both pictures and that I could loose even more. I just want to know which road to take as in 1) gain weight + muscle or 2) keep the same weight/lose even more & gain more muscle.
Right pic looks better to me, but I don't think you should care that much to /fit. Go for what makes you feel better, there will be guys interested in both for sure.
Personally I'll take a slight reduction in beast size if it means a hard body qt3.14.

I'd take the pic on the right, but I'd have to see the boobs - small boobs are OK, but saggy boobs aren't. Do some chest exercises.

Boob size doesn't matter much as long as your body is nice and fit, my opinion atleast. So right looks best, you could lose more weight and it wouldn't look bad. You look good though.

You should read the sticky. If you are cutting you really won't be gaining muscle, rather, you want protein to preserve what muscle you do have (maximizing fat loss).

To create mass you need energy, energy comes in the form of calories. You are cutting, so by definition you are at a net caloric deficit. There just isn't the free energy to create muscle mass. Think about it, if eating protein simple gave you muscle then /fit/ wouldn't need to exist.
On top of that your body builds muscle in response to a training stimulus, if you aren't (weight) training, you can't gain muscle.
Your body also requires amino acids, it takes these from protein. Either from your diet, or if that is inadequate, your muscle mass. You have to eat high protein to ensure all required amino acids are supplied to the body in this way and muscle never needs to be broken down.
This is why so many women are fat nowadays

If you have a ~180gr protein mark to reach taking protein shakes is a good thing, but for women I believed they need like half what men need in the same situation? you're better off boiling some eggs and baking some meat and eating some cheese

Keep it up. Do a proper routine where you squat a few times a week. Don't be scared of lifting heavy weights - you will never gain large amounts of muscle as your test levels are very low (being female) but you will gain a very nice shape to your body.
