Omfg this. Why does it take me 20 wipes to get my ass clean? Then why do I come back 3 hours later because my butt itches and there's a mud pile like I was growing a science fair project? It's so fucking annoying.
I've gone back to bring vegetarian in the past month and have the worst diarrhea, I even shit myself. /b/ didn't help. I'm eating clean with a focus on protein and lots of salad and whatnot. What am I doing wrong? It's this just a transition period? Looking up "going vegetarian" only gives me shit about "durr hurr you're saving all the animals you'll now look and feel good".

Sometimes when I poop, I use the shaping attachment from my old Play Doh fun set. I place it on my anus, and make poops in different shapes. There's nothing strange about that at all. I'm an American, living in America, and if I want to have poops shaped like stars, I have every right to. The founding fathers would have wanted it that way.

The whey itself is a fermented product so shouldn't be a problem regarding lactose.
