I got angry at first, because this doctor or nutrition person is basically enabling and murdering that fat kid. But then I figured it's a good thing. Once doctors and nutritionists let people balloon up instead of fighting the uphill battle(we all know fatties are gonna fat) they will all die a lot sooner. Deny them any other medical advice too. Imagine how you would feel as a parent dragging your child to her. You're deathly worried about your child who throws temper tantrums when you don't give her whatever she wants to eat, and you need guidance for improving her habits. You scrounge up as much money as you can and take her to a doctor, who then refers you to a specialist. Again, you spend money that you don't really have taking your 12 year old girl who can't even climb the stairs without gasping for air, and see a 400 pound diet counselor who then tells your daughter there's nothing wrong with her.

This. Most of this fat acceptance thing has stemmed from fat girls being bullied by hot girls.

It's also as a result of them being annoyed that 'fitblr' appeared with thousands of pictures of women who lift looking feminine and hot, dispelling the myth that lifting makes you look like a dude.

It is also a knee-jerk reaction to all that thinspo shit which was flooded by skellies. So tumblr created the fat acceptance movement.
